Privacy Policy

This website has no user accounts, no database and no server-side storage. When you use the enquiry form, your browser composes an email in your own mail client and you send it — the site never receives a copy, and there is nothing on our servers to lose.

We therefore hold personal data only where you have chosen to send it to us by email: typically a name, a company, an email address, sometimes a telephone number and the commercial details of an enquiry.

The only personal data we process is what you put in an email to us. We use it for one purpose: answering your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, administering that order.

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s local or session storage. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page.

That is a statement about the site as it stands today. If analytics are added, this page will be updated first and will name the provider, the data sent and how to opt out — not afterwards.

Fonts are self-hosted from this domain; no font or CDN service sees your request. Images and 3D assets are served from this domain.

Where an order requires it, we share the minimum necessary detail with the parties who physically move and clear the cargo — the mill or factory, the freight forwarder, the customs house agent and the carrier — plus the authorities who require documentation. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, ever.

Our service division operates a separate property, digital.trivoxagroup.com, which is linked from this site and has its own privacy notice.

Enquiry correspondence is kept in our mailboxes for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and export documentation is retained for the period Indian export and tax law requires — currently eight financial years for GST and shipping-bill records.

Ask us to delete an enquiry that never became an order and we will, except where the law obliges us to keep the record; in that case we will tell you which record and why.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@trivoxagroup.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Buyers in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Brazil also have the right to complain to their own supervisory authority. We would rather you wrote to us first, but the right is yours either way.

We are in Surat, India, and we correspond with buyers worldwide, so personal data does cross borders — usually as an email you sent us. Where a buyer requires transfer safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an addendum to that effect), we will sign them; ask via the partnerships alias.

The data controller is Trivoxa Group, Surat, Gujarat, India, built on our parent company Shiveshwar Textiles. Our registered entity number is published on the contact page as soon as the founders release it.

Privacy questions go to hello@trivoxagroup.com, marked for the attention of the Managing Director. There is no separate data protection officer, because there is no data infrastructure to officer — the three founders read every message.

This policy was last updated on 4 September 2026 and is under internal review; it has not yet been reviewed by counsel qualified in India. When it is, the review status on this page changes and the date moves.
