Service Exports

Services delivered like exports: scoped, documented, handed over.

Trivoxa Digital is the group's technology property. It runs the same discipline we apply to a container of home textiles — a written scope, a priced proposal, review cycles you can open, and a handover that leaves your team able to operate the work without us.

Service Lines

Six lines, delivered by the group's own technology property.

Technology & AI Solutions

Applied engineering for businesses that want AI in a process rather than in a press release: document parsing, quoting assistance, and data pipelines built on the group’s own export workflow.

  • AI-assisted quotation drafting
  • Document & HS-code parsing
  • Internal data pipelines
  • Model evaluation harness

Branding & Design

Identity systems and the collateral that has to survive a buyer’s scrutiny: catalogues, specification sheets, packaging artwork and the corporate documents that accompany a shipment.

  • Identity & typography system
  • Export catalogue layout
  • Specification sheet templates
  • Packaging artwork

Digital Marketing

Demand generation for B2B and export businesses, measured on enquiries that name a product and a quantity rather than on impressions or follower counts.

  • Search & paid programmes
  • Lifecycle email
  • Market-specific landing pages
  • Enquiry-quality reporting

Web & App Development

Production web and mobile builds with performance budgets, accessibility targets and an owner who can be called when something breaks — including this site’s own engineering discipline.

  • Marketing & commerce sites
  • Buyer portals
  • Mobile apps
  • Performance & accessibility audits

SaaS Platforms

Product engineering for subscription software: architecture, multi-tenant data, billing, and the operational tooling that keeps a platform supportable after launch.

  • Platform architecture
  • Multi-tenant data models
  • Billing & entitlements
  • Admin & support tooling

Consulting & Advisory

Advisory for companies entering international trade: market entry sequence, documentation readiness, supplier vetting, and the operational gaps that show up in a first audit.

  • Market entry assessment
  • Documentation readiness review
  • Supplier vetting framework
  • Operations gap analysis

Engagement runs on the same five steps whether the work is a catalogue redesign or a platform build — scope, priced proposal, review cycles, handover, support.

Engagement

Five steps from scope to handover.

Written scope, dated proposal, review cycles, handover with credentials transferred, then a defined support window. Nothing here is renegotiated under pressure later.

  1. 01

    Requirement Scoping

A written scope: the outcome, the systems it touches, who signs it off, and what "done" looks like in measurable terms. Scoping is done by the people who will deliver the work, not by a sales layer.

    You receive

    Scope document with acceptance criteria

  2. 02

    Proposal & Timeline

Fixed-scope pricing with a dated timeline, named deliverables per milestone and the assumptions the price rests on. If a requirement is outside what we can evidence, we say so in the proposal rather than after the invoice.

    You receive

    Priced proposal with milestone timeline

  3. 03

    Execution & Review Cycles

Work proceeds in review cycles with a staging environment or draft asset available at each one, so feedback lands on something the client can open. Cycle length is agreed up front — weekly for builds, per-deliverable for design.

    You receive

Reviewable build or draft each cycle

  4. 04

    Delivery & Handover

Production deployment, source files, credentials transferred to the client’s own accounts, and documentation covering how to change what we built. Handover is not complete until the client’s team can operate it without us.

    You receive

Deployed asset + credentials + documentation

  5. 05

    Ongoing Support

A defined support window after handover covering defects and questions, with retainer options for continuing work. Support terms are written into the proposal at step two, so nobody renegotiates under pressure.

    You receive

Written support window + retainer option

Why Service Exports

Built on the same operating discipline.

A buyer who has already shipped goods with us does not need to be onboarded again for a services engagement: the same entity, the same desk, the same documentation standard, and one relationship record across both divisions.

  • 01

    One accountable desk

Named people in the proposal, reachable on group-domain addresses — not a rotating account manager.

  • 02

    Evidence at every cycle

A staging build or draft asset you can open at each review, so feedback lands on something real.

  • 03

    You own the output

Source files, credentials in your own accounts, and documentation covering how to change what we built.

  • 04

    Pricing that states its assumptions

Fixed-scope pricing with a dated timeline; out-of-scope requirements are raised before work starts.

Questions

What buyers ask before step one.

The team that scopes it. Trivoxa Digital is the group’s own technology property, not a marketplace: the people who write the scope document in step one are the people who deliver against it, and their names appear in the proposal.

Fixed-scope pricing against a dated milestone timeline, with the assumptions written into the proposal. If a requirement turns out to sit outside what we can evidence, we raise it before work starts rather than billing for it afterwards.

You do. At handover, source files are transferred, hosting and platform credentials are moved into the client’s own accounts, and documentation covers how to change what we built. Handover is not complete until your team can operate it without us.

Start a Conversation

Send the specification. We'll come back with numbers.

Grade, quantity, destination port, target Incoterm. That is enough for the export desk to price a real quotation instead of a brochure answer — answered within 24 business hours (IST), desk hours Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00.
