We are not hiring against a vacancy right now — we are hiring against capability.
Three founders, two export divisions and nine industries: when we need someone, it is usually because a category is being onboarded or a document set is being systematised, and the role is written around the person who can do it. If that is you, write to us anyway — say what you would take on and why you are the one to take it on.
What we look for
Four things, none of them a degree.
01
You work from specifications
Whether the artefact is a quotation, a shipment document or a piece of software, you write down what "correct" means before you start, and you can show your working afterwards.
02
You own the thread
Small team, real consequences: a buyer’s question, a mill’s deadline or a deployment window is yours until it is closed. We would rather hand you the thread than a task ticket.
03
Numbers do not scare you
HS codes, MOQs, lead times, Incoterms, margins, latency budgets — the work is full of figures that have to be right, and being approximately right is not a category we accept.
04
You write clearly
Most of what we produce is read by someone in another country making a decision with money attached. Plain sentences, concrete nouns, no abstraction stacking.
How hiring works
Four steps, and we tell you where you are in them.
- 01
Application read by a founder
Every application to careers@trivoxagroup.com is read by one of the three founders, not filtered by a keyword scan. We reply either way, including when the answer is no.
- 02
A conversation about real work
One call, with the founder closest to the role. We will describe the actual problem you would start on — a category to onboard, a documentation gap, a platform to ship — and you can push back on it.
- 03
A short, paid piece of work
Where a role needs evidence, we ask for a small piece of real work on our own problem, paid for your time, with the acceptance criteria stated up front.
- 04
Offer, in writing, with the numbers
Compensation, role, reporting line and start date in one document. No verbal offers, no ranges that move after you have accepted.

Six principles, each with a sentence about what it means in practice — on the Group page, because a values list on a careers page that nobody can check is decoration.
